Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Sparrow Technology Solutions, LLC (“Sparrow,” “we,” “us”) collects through wolverinebd.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
It covers this website only. Information handled inside the Wolverine application on behalf of a customer is governed by that customer’s subscription agreement, where the customer is the controller of its own data and Sparrow acts as its processor.
01 Who we are
Sparrow Technology Solutions, LLC is a Virginia limited liability company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Wolverine is our business-development capture platform for government contractors. For any privacy question, contact us at the address in Section 13.
02 What we collect
Information you give us
When you complete a form on this site — a demo request, contact form, or newsletter sign-up — we collect the details you enter. Typically that is your name, work email, company, job title, and whatever you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and form providers record standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this for security and to understand which pages are useful.
What we do not ask for
We do not request sensitive personal information through this website, and we ask that you not submit any classified, export-controlled, or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) through our forms. This site is not an authorized environment for such material.
03 How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule demonstrations
- To send information about Wolverine you asked for, including product updates if you opted in
- To operate, secure, and improve the website
- To meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not use website contact data to train machine-learning models.
04 Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, and only as needed for that purpose:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Website hosting, content delivery, and security |
| Formspree | Processing form submissions and routing them to us |
| Google Fonts | Serving web fonts; receives visitor IP addresses on page load |
| Email provider | Delivering our replies and any updates you requested |
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business — in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.
05 Cookies & analytics
This site uses only the cookies necessary to serve pages securely and to remember your preferences. If we add analytics that set non-essential cookies, we will update this section and provide a consent choice where the law requires one.
06 How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as we have an active relationship with you or your organization, and afterward only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes — generally no more than three years from our last contact. Server and security logs are kept for a shorter period.
07 Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable providers to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential or regulated information through this website.
08 Your rights
Depending on where you live — including Virginia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws — you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete information we hold about you
- Opt out of marketing messages at any time
- Appeal a decision we make about your request
To exercise any of these, email us at the address in Section 13. We will verify your request and respond within the time the applicable law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
09 No sale of personal data
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws.
10 Where data is processed
Sparrow is based in the United States and information submitted through this site is processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred here.
11 Children
This is a business website. It is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12 Changes
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. Material changes will be noted on this page.
